Funding: Up to 40% of the cost may be subsidized.
Flexibility: Training courses are designed to meet the needs of your business and employees. Training can be held onsite at your company, at the Ogden-Weber Technical College or at another training facility depending on the need.
Accessible: Requesting training and funding is easy. It can be done quickly with one of our Custom Fit managers. All training requests must be approved prior to the start of the class.
Customer Service: You will be assigned to a Custom Fit manager that will work with you exclusively for all of your training needs.
How can Custom Fit bene�t your company?
Through our Custom Fit department, we offer continuing education courses that are designed to provide individuals the skills to retain their job or increase their marketability and value in the labor market. Our short courses are economical and rewarding.
Courses are also available for industries that require continuing education, OSHA Certi�cations, OSHA Forklift training, Microsoft Of�ce, CPR, AED & First Aid, lean manufacturing, leadership & communication and more.

CUSTOM FIT TRAININGWhat is Custom Fit training?The Custom Fit training program is an employer training service provided by Ogden-Weber Technical College. Custom Fit funds are available to for-pro�t companies located in Weber County, to assist with training costs.
OTech receives state funding to help subsidize training costs for companies in Weber County. These funds may be used to help pay for training for your employees.
