1. REQUIREMENTS DEFINITIONYou’ll work with InsideView’s data experts to clarify objectives, define data output fields, determine precise match criteria and export records from your CRM (if required).

2. DATA VALIDATIONInsideView will analyze the data you provide and create a Data Validation Report to assist in cleaning the data.

3. DATA ACTIONInsideView will create and run the data action based on the specifications determined during Requirements Definition.

4. RESULTS VALIDATIONInsideView will check the results of the Data Action against the requirements to make sure that the results are correct. InsideView will also create a Data Insights Report highlighting characteristics of the companies and people in the output data.

5. DATA MERGEIf required, InsideView will assist you in importing the updated data into your CRM or other data source, including rules for when to refresh existing data.

Company Data Clean

Company Data Clean allows you to clean and update information on companies in your CRM (or other data source) with more current information from the InsideView

data-base and to add additional fields.

YOU PROVIDE:

1. A data file in .CSV format containing the list of Companies whose data you would like to enrich.

To aid in matching records to the InsideView database, the file should include as many of the following fields as possible (Either Company Name or Website is required):
