Custom Cuts by Summit is your new supplier of modern HO & N scale structures and accesso-ries for your model railroad. Our goal is to supply modelers with modern building kits like mo-tels, restaurants, fast food places, strip malls, gas stations etc. All kits are milled in white or black styrene plastic with clear acrylic window glazing and include various roofing materials such as LaserKit shingles or Plastruct or Vollmer Clay Tiles, self-adhesive decals and detailed assembly instructions with pictures. All parts fit together but may need light sanding at joints for cosmetic reasons. Parking lot bases are not included except where noted. All models need painting, so some model building and painting skills are required.

#SMBD Summit Motel $ 99.95 Size: 14” x 8 1/5’” (35.5 x 21.6 cm) “Backdrop” version with only the main wing, tower and entrance canopy. The building has all 4 walls, but no windows in the rear wall.

#TB-001 Taco Bell Restaurant $ 69.95 Size: 8 1/4” x 5 1/2” (210 x 140 mm) Fast food restaurant found in most town and cities all over the US. Plastruct Clay Tile roofing. Parking lot base not included.

#DP-001 Domino’s Pizza Restaurant $ 29.95 Size 3” x 6 1/4” (76 x 159 mm) Driveway/base not included

#CS-001 Dave’s Coffee Shop Restaurant $ 79.95 Size 8 1/4” x 6 3/4” (210 x 171 mm) These coffee shop-style restaurants were built by Denny’s in the 50’s and 60’s. Most of them have changed owner over the years, but a few are still oper-ated by Denny’s. Comes with LaserKit shake shingle peel-and-stick roof-ing and 2 styles of Denny’s logos. Parking lot base not included This building will fit your modeling era from the 50’s to the present time

Combine ML-001 and ML-002 to make an L-shaped strip mall to fit in a layout corner. Combine ML-001, ML-002 and ML-003 to make a mall complex.

The base with sidewalk is included, but the scenery ma-terials are not.
