Sales practice. Over a fourteen year career in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Marks has transacted or advised on
aggregate sales approaching $3 Billion. Michael’s unique understanding of the local market has allowed him to transact
some of the most highly coveted retail assets in the Chicago market on distinguished corridors, including Michigan
Avenue and State Street. Mr. Marks specializes in urban retail properties with a focus on assets located across celebrated
high streets and along thriving neighborhood retail submarkets.

With more than 13 years of experience, Evan Halkias is a Managing Director and co-leader of C&W’s Midwest Retail Capital
Markets Team in Chicago. Evan’s core focus is on the disposition of multi-tenant and grocery anchored shopping centers
throughout the Midwest. Evan is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment Advisor Group, which consists
of a small contingent of agents across the country that lead client accounts on a national level. Evan is a graduate from
the University of Illinois in Champaign and currently resides in Chicago. Recent notable transactions include The Shops at
Glen Pointe in Glenview, IL ($69,250,000), The Promenade Bolingbrook ($81,500,000), and The Corners of Brookfield in
Milwaukee ($170,000,000) grocery/open-air development).

George Ghattas joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 with a 14 year career of successfully advising private and institutional
clients on the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant retail properties with a Midwest focus. A graduate of
Central Michigan University (BA and MA), George was a four-year football letter winner. A resident on Chicago’s North
side, George is a licensed broker in the State of Illinois and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

David Matheis serves as Associate Director for the Retail Investment Advisory team of Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago,
