As a director of SIBACA, Lonavala. I organized the guest lectures and seminars on various topics
like Scope of BPO industries, Future of Banking in India, Cyber Crimes, Time Management,
Negotiation for better position and better salary. AIDS, and have given the lectures on the topics
like Outbound Team Builders, Role of a Manager & Effective Conflict Resolution,
Communication Skill, Personality Development, Yoga, Linux etc.
2005-2007
As a principal of Sinhgad College of Commerce, I encouraged staff and students to organize
various activities like debate competition, traditional day, teacher‟s day celebration, Wallpaper
display and other cultural activities. I lead industrial visits like Bhushan Steel, Khopoli, Task
Precision Industries, Yewaliwadi etc. aimed for industry institute interaction and organized
seminars on Customization of services, Recent Trends in IT, Management Industry,
communication skills, personality development and Marketing skills. I completed the Executive
Program on “Leadership Skills for Top Management” (11-15 Sept 2006) which was organized by
Indian School of Business, Hydrabad. I organized guest lectures by eminent speakers on various
issues like Recent Trends in Banks, Motivation, Result Oriented Management, and Market
Trends in IT. Success story of TATA, career in Commerce Education etc.
I delivered a Lecture on “Time Management” in Sinhgad College of Commerce and I was a
keynote speaker on national youth day. I encouraged his staff members to give a talk on “Budget
2007” and discussed crucial areas of the budget with my students.
2007-2010
I took the initiative in bringing social awareness in eradicating the social evils from the society
through establishing National Service Scheme Event (NSS). I organized seminars / workshops
and guest lectures on various topics which includes on Investment opportunities in Indian Stock
Market, Management- the key to success, Management by Augmentation, Advancement in IT,
Consumer Buying Behavior in service sector, Success story of TATA, Supply Chain
Management, Development of positive attitude, Project Management, Becoming Global
Managers, OOP Concept, Commercial Software and B.Com students in computer field, Parallel
Processing, Disk Management-Distributed Operating System, Statistics, Conflict Management,
Emerging Areas for business entrepreneurs etc. proving insights of the corporate world and
bringing the academia and the corporate world on a common platform, in order to bridge the
gap between the academia and the corporate world I always emphasized on the need of
industrial visits for the students to interface with the corporate. I always took the lead to

organize these visits and build strong connections with the corporate leaders helping the
academia to build the strengths required to meet the competitive world.
For the development of faculty members in their respective fields, Faculty Development
Programs, and Lecture Series on Renewable energy and wealth Management were organized,
concentrating on the latest development in the upcoming need in the scientific, Commerce and
ecological environment. I always encouraged the faculty and the staff to take initiative in
enhancing knowledge and information for mutual development comprehensively contributing
towards the growth of the organization.
As a academician I was having excellent visionary view towards the publication of the academic
Management journal “Unlock Management”. The research journal aims at creativity and
Innovation to fill the bridge between the theory and practice of organizing imagination and
innovation. O tried to provide a platform to research scholars, practicing managers, and
academicians in business Management, Commerce, and allied fields, to present their research
findings and share their views and experiences.
Establishment of a new Management Institution
I used my innovative skills in planning and executing a visionary insight as a administrator
approached in establishing Management institute in Kamalapur, Sangola, Dist.Solapur, Under
Sinhgad Technical Education Society. I as a Director always had perseverance to function as a
part of certified organization of Management education, concerned with quality teaching for the
aspiring students. The institute would accommodate the distinctive needs of all genres of
students from the rural areas of the surrounded districts of Sangola and Solapur by continuously
developing new ways to improve programs and educational delivery systems, using the latest
industrial technologies for the progress of Management education. The competitive edge was to
support and create a platform for our rural future managers .With a committed and competent
faculty and strong industrial interface, stays ahead in its endeavor to deliver knowledge to
empower the leaders of tomorrow.
