Responsibilities Rotating Equipment Installation and Pre-commissioning.

Activities:

- Being in charge of installation and preservation works for all mechanical equipments on Process Quarter Platform (Pressure vessel; Centrifugal pump; Plate/Tube Exchanger; Crane; Gas Turbine; Gas Compressor…);

- Being in charge of onshore pre-commissioning 2 sets of Gas Turbine Generators

(Driven by Solar Titan 130), 2 sets of Gas Export Compressors (Centrifugal Compressor (Dresser Rand) Driven by Solar Titan 130), 1 set of MP Flash Gas Compressor and 1 set of LP/IP Flash Gas Compressor (MAN Turbo);

- Hands on working on inventory check, installation and completing pre commissioning for the Generators, Gas Export Compressors and Flash Gas Compressors at the yard under supervision of Field Service Engineer. (Install turbine, compressor, gearbox then leveling them together, install ducting, off-skid equipment, leveling turbine & gearbox & compressor again, hot oil flushing for oily system of turbine & compressor, first fill for the skid, perform shaft alignment, manage chemical cleaning for seal gas lines, process pipes of compressors, lube oil circulating for the turbine and compressor, supervise to ensure all pipes prior to connecting to compressor have to be cleaned, purging nitrogen into system for preservation and final box up preparing to go offshore);

- Hands on working on inventory check, installation and load testing for 2 Pedestal Crane (Favelle Favco) at the yard under supervision of Field Service Engineer;

- Managing the installation of other equipment on platform (Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, Centrifugal pump);

- Coordinating with all disciplines for scheduling the vendor mobilization plan, making sure vendor is mobilized at the right time in order to minimize service fee.

- Carrying out leveling and shaft alignment for centrifugal pump;

Plant: Process Quarter Platform. (BD1 Project-Client BDPOC-Vietnam)

Responsibilities Mechanical Commissioning Gas Export Compressors. Pre commissioning for MP Flash Gas Compressor.

Managing the activities of closing punch items for other equipment to hand over to client.

Activities:

- Commissioning 2 sets of Gas Export Compressors;

- Carrying out compressor’s bundle removal and changeover;

- Install dry gas seal into compressors;

- Fabricating and installing new process pipes connecting to Compressors and readjust due to the previous misalignment;

- Final shaft alignment, pipe alignment;

- Commissioning seal gas system, manage flow, pressure, temperature of fluid at entrance of compressor, replace 2 sets of dry gas seal due to leakage;

- Commissioning lube oil system, instrument air, turbine air inlet…commission whole package;

- Perform pre-commissioning activities for MP Flash Gas Compressor (shaft alignment, pipe alignment, close punch items);

- Close punch items to finish mechanical paper work of other equipment to hand over to client.

Plant: Heera Redevelopment Process Platform (HRD-Client AFCONS-India).Responsibilities Mechanical Superintendent

Mechanical Commissioning for Process Gas system.

Activities: - Being in charge of installing all equipments onto platform;

- Prepare tools, consumables and schedule for equipment installation;

- Hands on working with vendor (Laksel) to install internal parts of pressure vessels

(Separator, Cyclone);

- Hands on working with vendor (Oil States) to install 2 Pedestal Cranes and load test for them;

- Hands on working with vendor (BGR Energy System) to install and commission 8 Gas Coolers (Including install structure frames, motors, gearboxes, fan blades, shaft alignment, fan blade alignment, , manage hot oil flushing for 2 Lube Oil Coolers, mechanical run test for coolers);

- Hands on working on installation 2 sets of Gas Export Compressors (Kawasaki 3 stage Centrifugal Compressor driven by Solar Turbine Mars 100) including installation and leveling Turbine and Compressor together, ducting installation, shaft alignment, process pipes alignment, dry gas seal installation, supervise the hot oil flushing for lube oil system, chemical cleaning for seal gas line);

- Commissioning instrument air lines, seal gas lines, lube oil system, turbine air inlet…);

- Preparing tools, materials and schedule to repair the damages, replace new parts.

- Carrying out the inspection with client TOTAL for equipment packages after the installation, making sure it meets requirements indicated in installation check list;

Activities: - Being incharge of piping fabrication and installation for 1 module (Call MM2

module) of the FPSO (1300MT).

- Preparing and adjusting manpower, consumables plan for the construction of piping.

- Preparing and submitting to client piping construction procedure

- Planning for shop fabrication, site fabrication and installation, hydrostatic testing and handing over piping systems to client.

- Being the focal point to deal with other disciplines (E&I, Structure, QC, Client, Engineering) whenever having issues occurred during the construction, making sure the issues are solved as per specification and procedures of the project in safe.
