Expertise

Working experience: In 2010 I had a 7 weeks stage (from 31th of June to 9th of July) in industrialprogramming at Antil S.p.A., robotics and automation, San Giuliano Milanese (MI).

Teaching experience outside univerity: I gave private mathematics lessons for students, from Sec-ondary School to University. Between October 2010 and June 2011 I collaborate with “A.C. Milan”(Milan Football Club) as a personal tutor in Mathematics for high school students.

Public Outreach and organizational skills: During my bachelor and master I have taken part in“CuMa, Cultura Matematica” (Mathematical Culture) student association, whose aim is the organiza-tion of conferences and meetings about Mathematics and more general scientific issues. As studentswe organized conferences with many mathematicians, among which Enrico Bombieri (Institutefor advanced study, Princeton, Fields Medal in 1974) and Edward Nelson (Princeton University).

I organized conventions for freshment year University students, “Introduzione all’Universita”(Introduction to University), which held meetings on different subjects (law, medicine, physics, poetry,etc...).

Since September 2009 up to June 2011 I have been director of a student scientific and topicalityjournal called “Diario Clandestino” at the University of Milan.

Academic service: In 2011 I was elected in “Consorzio Interuniversitario per il Diritto allo Studio”(Consortium for the Right to University Study),which operates as an intermediary between uni-versities and Visiting students (Erasmus and Exchange), for the accommodation and canteen serviceassignment and management.

Other skills and interests

Sports: I played basketball till the 3rd Division in FIP, a regional division in Lombardia (Italy). I loveskiing and climbing.

I enjoy reading novels and essays and listening to classical music.

In 2009 I spent two weeks collaborating with Italian Civil Protection in order to help people in areasaffected by earthquake (Abruzzo).

I gave tutor assistance on weekly basis to young people, especially foreign people, in a centre called“Portofranco” in Milan. I used to help them reading and studying.
