Budget: 9,800,000 L.E. from Ministry of Higher Education.

Role: Member of Management council and shared in its activities which including continuous dissemination of quality culture in the faculty, implementation of quality standards in the faculty, preparation of the self Study, strategic plan, Annual reports Mansoura Faculty of Medicine, program

specification, implementation of national academic reference standards of

National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation (NAQAAE) in the

faculty ending to accreditation of the faculty in August 2011

Project of qualifying of liver lab of Medical Biochemistry Department for accreditation from 28/6/2012

Budget: 1,000,000 L.E. from Ministry of Higher Education and Mansoura University.

Role: Quality Manager of the lab, help in implementation of requirements of ISO15189 quality standards to qualify the accreditation.
