ABSTRACT The following CV is a sampling of my career in the arts. Throughout my early educational and work career in Los Angles. Then to London where I fell in love with Shakespeare and the classics and eventually New York where my passion to teach came in to fruition.

EDUCATION
The City University of New York-‐Herbert H. Lehman College B.A.-‐Theatre/Minor in Literature-‐ Summa Cum Laude (graduating honors) 2014 Summa Cum Laude (graduating honors) Rigorous liberal arts curriculum that combines study in acting, dance, stagecraft, playwriting, and theatre history with practical experience in producing, technical theatre, and arts management.
Linklater Center NYC Freeing the Creative Voice Level 1 & Level 2 2014 ‘This approach to voice is designed to liberate the natural voice and thereby develop a vocal technique that serves the freedom of human expression. The basic assumption of the work is that everyone possesses a voice capable of expressing, through a two-‐ to four-‐octave natural pitch range, whatever gamut of emotion, complexity of mood, and subtlety of thought he or she experiences.’ Kristen .Linklater Knight Thompson Speech Work EXPERIENCING SPEECH (New York City) July 2014 Focus on the physical actions that produce all the sounds of the world's languages with the use of narrow phonetic transcription. It will use these skills to explore formal and informal speech actions while maintaining complete intelligibility at all times. Primary Stages (Einhorn School) 2011-‐2012 Scene Study/On Camera Technique Worked with Casey Childes, David and Linda Laundra, Andrew Leynse in scene study classes as well as on camera classes with the afore mentioned directors and theatre producers. London Academy of Drama and Music (LAMDA) Summer Certificate Program 1995 Shakespeare and his Contemporaries (Summer) LAMDA disciplines of acting, voice and movement, including classes in historical dance, stage combat, pure movement, physical theatre, Alexander Technique, singing and textual analysis. Scene study focuses on Shakespeare and also covers the work of his contemporaries, including Jonson, Marlowe, Middleton and Webster

Classic Stage Company House Manager (New York City) 1997-‐1999 Front of House Manager and State Licensed Fire Safety Guard. Duties were to arrange for ushers, concessions and box office duties for Equity House in New York City. Star Trek the Next Generation Production Assistant/Crew/Actor (Los Angeles, CA) 1985-‐1995 Worked behind the scenes at Paramount Pictures for Gene Roddenberry Productions, as well as in from of the camera on the episode “Eye of the Beholder” on Star Trek the Next Generation, Deep Space Nine and Voyager television shows.
Long Beach Civic Light Opera 1987 Production Assistant ‘New Moon” with Ann Blyth My duties were to prompt actors, fly curtains, check props and report to the stage manager regularly pertaining to duties (Equity Internship)
