Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition Foundation: Pilot study to explore healthy children’s menu items in a

low-income area in Omaha, Nebraska. (7/11-12/12). Role: Co-Investigator (3% effort)

Share Our Strength‟s Cooking Matters: Develop a cognitive interview guide and protocol for Cooking Matters

staff and training staff to conduct cognitive interviews to inform their continued efforts to test and refine the

Eating Smart from The Start Program. In addition, pre-post evaluation and psychometric testing will be

conducted. (01/11-12/11). Role: PI (9% effort).

National 4-H Council, United States Department of Agriculture: Evaluation for Youth Voice: Youth Choice

programs across the country. This grant supports developing and implementing the evaluation. (06/11-06/12).
