I have worked than 7(seven) years where experiences was gained from OIL & GAS construction project as

Inspection engineer, RBI Engineer and Facilitator, QA/QC, and Pipeline Integrity.

Experienced for both offshore and Onshore projects as Inspection and RBI Engineer and be able to do

define Equipment Criticality Assessment, Equipment strategy, Corrosion monitoring for field inspection

activities for pressurized equipment, structures equipment as well as steel pipe rack, equipment foundation,

concrete structures, stanchion, pipe support, culvert box, and other for onshore project and also at the

subsea assets.

Anoa Platform Assets Facilities Management and RBI – Premier Oil Natuna Sea BV Anoa Platform is an old platform own by Premier Oil Natuna Sea BV at Natuna Sea, TSS Matrix scope of work are

gathering all information each of item of equipment and piping including material specifications, inspection history and

result from last inspection, specifications of all equipment and piping including special item and pipe support, ISO

Drawing and P&ID, service of piping, Corrosion Rate information and coupon, tag number, and other information to be

manage and update in TSS Matrix system were already established at Premier Oil Natuna Sea BV server to do Assets

Integrity Management which include next Inspection Plan for each of equipment and piping were gives Inspection

agree by Integrity department and discuss about Subsea Inspection plan with subsea department about next ROV

Inspection execution date, worktaskand checklist which including structure member underwater, and qualifications of

RBI Petrochemical plant – Amoco Mitsui Indonesia PT. Amoco Mitsui Indonesia had petrochemical plant were already established for a long time, TSS Matrix scope of work

are gathering information about material specifications for each of items equipment and piping, steam number,

chemical compositions of what flow inside piping, and what is process of piping, ISO Drawing and PFD, Equipment and

piping services, last inspection result, previous corrosion monitoring to generate the risk factor, probability of failure, and

prevention to defined remaining life of material as developed Inspection Plan includes next inspection plan, and

Hardness Test – PT Cilegon Fabricator PT Cilegon Fabricator had 3 piece of long pipeline that should be delivered to their client, PT Gamma Buanapersada as

a part of Sava Group had scope of work are doing hardness test and provided procedure of hardness test to give

proven from result about hardness of weld joint after PWHT including heat affective zone (HAZ) area that should in range

of requirement of hardness value from their client.

PWHT and Hardness test – Jakarta Tank Terminal Jakarta Tank Terminal is a big project to build many big size of storage tank and own by Vopax from Netherland. PT

Gamma BuanaPersadaa part of Sava Group as sub-contractor for PT BangunBejana Baja had scope of work to do

PWHT after welding at joint of shell and reinforcement pad in storage tank including nozzle joint to reduce all hydrogen

trap after welding process and execute the hardness test after NDT exam using Dye Penetrant Test to check the

hardness of weld area, HAZ, and shell are still in requirement after PWHT.

WPS Design – PT PerdanaMakmur Jaya PT. PMJ had requirement to develop Welding Procedure Standard for their client, PT Gamma BuanaPersadaas a part of

Sava Group scope of work are define and generate about essential variable of WPS such as consumables of weld,

Electricity, Material, Weld speed, and design code. And release WPS Design which included Inspection NDT

recommendations, PQR, Welder qualifications, and result of Destructive test of material.

chemical process.

project construction at PJB MuaraTawar, PT Gamma BuanaPersadaSava Group scope of work is witness of running weld,

check joint before weld, visual test of weld to defined weld defect and indications, and give recommendations about

what is NDT requirements for weld result after visual.
