Registering for Classes

ALL students will register ONLINE using PowerScheduler (a function within

PowerSchool) Once the registration window opens (March 9),

students and parents will be able to make course selections. Selections can be made through the “Class Registration” link on the left side of the student PowerSchool home screen.

Rising freshmen will be asked to select 1 (or 2) classes within each core area. PE will already be selected. Additional electives AND 4 alternates will also need to be selected.

What if I need help?

This is the first year we will be using PowerScheduler to register students

for classes! Counselors will be available (by

appointment) March 4, 5, & 6 to meet with parents. Please use the “REGISTRATION” link on the homepage to access registration materials.

Your teachers and counselors at your middle school will be best able to help you select your courses for 9th grade!
