Foreigners Without Permission is a group of people who are not from the country like Indonesia, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Nepal and Nigeria who came to Malaysia illegally, through various ways such as by the way the people inside (Malaysian) territory without a permit.

Usually, they get into Malaysia are quietly at night or take a ship and transport of goods from their country to ours.

"Foreigners Without Permission"means any person, other than acitizen, which is in contravention ofsection 5, 6, 8, 9 and 15 of theImmigration Act 1959/63, orregulation 39 of the immigrationregulations, 1963.

Entry of foreign workers into a country is a

universal phenomenon in an era of

borderless world today. We cannot prevent

this entry because the offer they are very

interesting as cheap labor costs and skills.
