HOW I CAN JOIN PARKWAY At the conclusion of our Pastor’s message each
Sunday, we will always extend a gospel invitation.
This is an invitation to receive Jesus Christ as your
Savior and Lord, to recommit your life to Christ, to
express your desire to join our church, or to make
any other spiritual decision. Your may become a
member of University Parkway Baptist Church in
one of the following four ways:
1. By professing your faith in Jesus Christ and
following Him in water baptism.
2. By transferring your letter of membership from
another Baptist church.
3. By your statement that you have placed your
faith in Christ and that you have experienced
scriptural baptism after salvation. If your
baptism was not by immersion, we will ask
you to be baptized by immersion
4. Watchcare for college students.

NEW WORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES We want to safely offer more options for worship for everyone.
We will be limited for a while as to the number of people that we can
have inside our worship center because of the CDC guidelines.
Our New Worship Schedule Is:
9:30 - 10:10 AM DRIVE-IN SERVICE— Parking in Front Lot
10:30 - 11:30 AM INSIDE SERVICE— Parking in Side Lot
(We will be following CDC Social Distancing Guidelines on Inside)
11:00 AM - NOON - DRIVE-IN SERVICE—Parking in Front Lot

the increase in the number of Covid-19
cases in our local region.
Our Second Family Promise
Support Week for 2020 is
July 26—August 2
As in May, we will not be housing
the families in our church. They will
again be staying at the Red Roof Inn
in Johnson City. UPBC will be helping to cover the expenses of their
stay instead of providing space for them to sleep and preparation of
meals for them at UPBC. If you would like to help financially with these
expenses you can drop off monetary donations at the church — give
money to Pastor Scott or Karen — or mail a check to our church.
Checks can be made out to UPBC with Family Promise noted on
the memo line. Any donations we receive will go to the
Family Promise ministry for the families’ expenses during the week.
