- I manage the planning and delivery of the WBL portfolio to meet the needs of learners and employers.
- I manage the assessment for learning, target setting, monitoring, tracking and review of learners to maximise learner retention and achievement.
- I plan the delivery of the WBL portfolio to meet contractual targets.- I lead on the planning, deployment, monitoring and quality of WBL. - I lead and line manage the team of 16 assessors, those responsible for recruitment
