“I chose CSU’s Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership as I was looking for something that would both enhance my skills as an organisational coach, and have credibility in relation to my employer and potential coaching counterparts (clients). I am a ‘life-long learner’ and have always stayed abreast of relevant peer-reviewed literature in various fields. However, as I am at a stage in my career where postgraduate qualifications are considered mandatory for most of the positions I might be interested in, I had a desire to formalise my ongoing professional development. The course has made me more familiar with some of the key issues that are likely to arise in the coaching environment, including in sectors outside of the one that I am currently working in.”
