Warmup game: Heads, Shoulders, Knees, Toes
Tap cup x8

Repeat the whole sequence 4 times, with the first one slow, then each one is faster and louder. At the end, shout favourite food.
Then do it all again in reverse, shouting fast and loud, and ending slow and quiet. Finish by whispering favourite food slowly.

Pass the rhythm
Start by passing a crotchet around the room, one after the other.
Repeat with 2 quavers, 2 semiquavers and a quaver.
Then pass round 6 quavers and a crotchet.
Now alternate with child 1 clapping 1st rhythm and child 2 clapping 2nd rhythm and so on.
