P&C Christmas Raffle
Cundletown P & C Committee are now taking
donations for the upcoming Christmas Raffles.
If you have a donation of goods or services, please
drop them into School Admin office.
All donations appreciated!
Extra Raffle booklets are available at the Office!
This week we welcomed author Bruce Pickworth who had a
writer’s session with each of our stage groups and sharing the
process of writing and publishing his children’s book The Godwits,
a story focussed on the Godwit migratory bird and their roost in
the Shoalhaven area.
Our Scripture Christmas concert is being held this week on
Thursday for those students who attend Scripture.
The P&C are holding the final meeting for the year on Tuesday
evening. Please contact the school for details of venue and start
time. The P&C silent auction is being held on Thursday evening
this week in the school hall from 6-8pm for those interested in
some great art work to bid for. It will be for adults only.
Stage 3 students are travelling to Canberra next week thank you
for the payments made this week.
Our presentation day will be held on the 12th December and the
Year 6 farewell will now be held on Tuesday evening 17th
December.

I am a parent of 2 Cundletown students and I
would just like to say how proud and happy I
am to be apart of this great school community.
During this terrible time of disastrous bush
fires I found lots of warmth and kindness from
other fellow parents contacting me offering my
family and I a place to stay while we were
evacuated.
I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to you
all and once again state what a wonderful
school community we live in.

End of Year Celebrations Wednesday 18th December,
2019
We are currently organising the end of year celebrations
and whilst students from Year 2 to Year 6 will be attending
the annual Pool Day at the Aquatic Centre, we would like
to take the Kindergarten and Year 1 students to the
movies.
A permission note with the full details will sent home with
the children in the coming weeks.
Friday 29th November, 2019
We will be having an out of uniform day next Friday to
show our support and help those affected by the recent
bushfires. Students are asked to donate a gold coin on the
day with all donations going to the Bushfire Appeal.
