What  is  a  COMPANY  CULTURE?

A   company’s   culture   is   the   living  embodiment   of   its   mission,   vision,  values,   and   strategies.   Everything  we  do   –   with   each   other,   with   the   kids,  with  the  clients,  and  out   in  the  world  –   should   reflect   Bija’s   culture.   A  company’s   culture   ar4culates   its  expecta4ons  and  aspira4ons.

Where  does  a  COMPANY    CULTURE  come  from?

Bija,   as   a   company   and   brand   have  been   inten4onally   envisioned,  ar4culated,  and   formed  over   the   last  several  years.  Culture  isn’t  something  that  happens  accidentally  at  Bija  -‐  nor  is  it  nego4able.

Why  does  A  COMPANY  CULTURE  maBer?

1.   Culture   maOers   because   it   is   the  single  most  powerful  driving  force  of  any   business.   What   we   stand   for,  how  we  choose  to  be,  how  we  show  up  to  each  other  and  our  clients,  and  what   we   put   out   in   the   world  manifests  our  success.

Why  does  A  COMPANY  CULTURE  maBer?

2.  Culture  also  maOers  because  it  is  our  framework   and   our   structure-‐   the  standards  we   set   and   the   road  map  we’re   following.   We   choose   to   be  very   clear   about   who   we   are   and  what   we   are   doing.   We   are   clear  about   our   expecta4ons   and   our  aspira4ons.
