What is a COMPANY CULTURE?
A company’s culture is the living embodiment of its mission, vision, values, and strategies. Everything we do – with each other, with the kids, with the clients, and out in the world – should reflect Bija’s culture. A company’s culture ar4culates its expecta4ons and aspira4ons.
