ThE MuSiCAL TALE oF PETER RABBiTBits N’ Pieces Giant Puppet Theatre Dapper young Peter Rabbit believes he knows better than Mama Rabbit. Ignoring her warnings he is determined to go to Farmer McGregors forbidden garden. Peter slips away from the drudgery of chores on a musical adventure to the paradise carrot patch. He’s sure no harm will come to him as he gives in to the temptation of the farmer’s prize vegetables. Peter not only gets a taste of fresh vegetables but also of life and the perils of trespassing.

Children are delighted as they watch the thoroughly Scottish Farmer McGregor in hot pursuit of that rascal Peter Rabbit. Little Peter, played by live actor Holli Rubin, hops, scampers and finally eludes the towering farmer. MEMBERS 29Th ANNuAL JuRiEd ShoWCASEpALm BEAcH WATERcOLOR SOcIETy This exhibition presents the collective work of member artists. All Palm Beach County artists are welcome to join the organization. Monthly demonstration meetings, open to the public, occur on the second Thursday of each month at the Boca Raton Community Center and feature local and nationally known watercolorists. The public is invited to attend exhibitions, regularly scheduled plein air and studio painting gatherings throughout the year and to participate in outstanding workshops. This season presents workshops with prominent artists Ted Nuttall, Carol Ann Sherman and Susan Hanssen.

FAiTh CoPELANdFaith is a contemporary artist whose acrylic and watercolor paintings denote whimsy and a strong sense of color. Her work is humorous, reflecting her love of nature, plants, animals, and the sea.

SPRiNg CELEBRATioN oF high SChooL ARTWOmEn In THE vISuAL ARTSNow in its 16th year, this annual exhibition features a diverse collection of art work by talented Palm Beach County High School students. Since 1997, WITVA has awarded over $210,000 in scholarship awards and prizes.

ThE BoYNToN BEACh CAMERA CLuBThe Boynton Beach Camera Clubis an association of high quality photographers. The images to be exhibited, both in color and monochrome, range from nature photography to broad panoramas, from people to architecture. Many of the members are national and international award winners who have exhibited locally and around the country.

The Artists’ Guild, an auxiliary of the Boca Raton Museum of Art, was established in its current form in 1984 by the Board of Trustees of the Boca Raton Museum of Art. At present The Artists’ Guild has over 450 members who actively participate in the premier exhibition venue, the Artists’ Guild Gallery on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. This exhibit will feature a wide variety of original fine art.
