They use rice, fonio, millet, and sorghum, black-eyed beans, brown beans, and many more

Cooking is done in many ways like boiling, frying, roasting, baking, mashing, and spicing

Use many spices and sauces to make things hot

Bananas are very abundant in Africa

Sweet plants are most often fried, while hard plants are boiled or pounded into fufu

Popular fruits would be bananas, dates, guavas, mangos, pineapples, oranges, figs, passionfruits, jackfruit, and wild lemons can also be found.
