IntroductionCuckoo Lover is a modern web based customer portal which is provides a fast and secure system for

sharing and exchanging information. It allows a reduction environmental waste by corresponding

electronically instead of handling paper. Besides, Cuckoo Lover’s user can save time and costs to get the

relevant information by self-service, just like the online banking system.

Cuckoo Lover is designed and developed with responsive web layout design, so that the user interface

in Cuckoo Lover may different in mobile and desktop version.

System Requirements To access and use the Cuckoo Lover, you need an email account and high-speed internet access and the

following:

Web Browser : Google Chrome, Internet Explorer (Version 10.0 or higher), Mozilla Firefox, Apple

Safari

Operating System : Microsoft Windows (Version XP or higher), IOS, Android

Cuckoo Lover is working best with GoogleMaps, Waze, Adobe, GoogleDocs and YouTube.




Registration & First Time LoginRegister Cuckoo Lover AccountTo register Cuckoo Lover account, you need an active email.

1. Read terms & condition and fill up personal information

To link with your purchase product(s), kindly register Cuckoo Lover account by using the

email address which you register to Cuckoo during purchase time.

A confirmation email will send to your registered email upon successfully sign up.

2. Check your email inbox and activate your Cuckoo Lover account

Click the activation link (shown at above) in the email message to activate your Cuckoo

Lover account.




You can only login to Cuckoo Lover after activate account.

First Time Login To Cuckoo Lover

For first time login, you need the temporary password which is provided in the confirmation email.

1. Key in your email address for your username.

2. Key in the temporary password which is given in the confirmation email.

3. Press button to log on.




Lost Activation CodeAsk Cuckoo Lover to resend you the activation code if you not receive or lost the activation code.

1. Click LOST ACTIVATION CODE link.

2. Key in your registered email in the username column.

3. Press button to ask Cuckoo Lover resend you the activation code.

A resend confirmation email will send to your email inbox.

Click the activation link in the email message and login to Cuckoo Lover.

Forgot PasswordReset your password if you forgot your login password.

1. Click FORGOT PASSWORD link.

2.

Key in your registered email in the username column.

3. Press button for the next step.




4. Press button to request the password reset link.

5. Click on the password reset link (provided by Cuckoo Lover) in your email.

6. Key in your new password and re-type password.

7. Press button to reset your password.

8. Press and login to Cuckoo Lover with your new password.




Top MenuMenu on the top is allowing you to navigate to different pages in Cuckoo Lover. The appearance is

different in desktop and mobile version. Simply click on the menu to expand the menu item.

HomeHome is the first page after you login to Cuckoo Lover. You may return to home page everywhere by

clicking the button on the top menu.

There are two lists in the home page, one is Unpaid Invoice list, and another one is Warranty

Registration list.

Unpaid Invoice




Unpaid invoice list is showing you all your unpaid invoice in a list, so that you can easily to monitor your

unpaid invoice.

Hidden function: click on the underlined invoice number/sales number to show more information.

Click to open more functions in Unpaid Invoice list.

: View – to view the selected invoice in PDF format.

: Download – to download the selected invoice into your device in PDF format.

: Send Email – to email the selected invoice in PDF format to your email account.

Warranty Registration

Warranty registration list is showing you the awaiting warranty registration record in a list, so that you

will not missed out the chance to register for the additional Cuckoo Warranty (Natural Care ServicePackage). Your warranty registration list might not display any item if you do not have any awaiting

warranty for register.

Hidden function: click on the underlined sales number to show more information.

Click to open more functions in Warranty Registration list.

: View Sales – to view the selected sales order information.

: Register Now – to register warranty (Natural Care Service Package).




Change PasswordFor safety purpose, we recommended you to change your own password after first time login or change

your password periodically.

Click at the top menu to change password.

1. Key in your current password.

2. Key in your new password and re-type password.

3. Press button to change password.

Logout

Click at the top menu to log out from Cuckoo Lover.




My CuckooMy Cuckoo Product

My Cuckoo Product is showing you all the Cuckoo product(s) you have purchased. You can easily keeptrack your order with us.

Hint : Only the product sold by Cuckoo International (MAL) Sdn Bhd will display at here.

You may find out your desired order by using advanced search.

Put in your criteria(s) and press button to find your desired order, or press button to

find all your purchased product(s).




Hidden function: click on the underlined sales number to show more information.

Click to open more functions in Warranty Registration list.

: View Sales – view sales order’s information.

: View Ledger – view sales order’s billing and payment transaction(s).

Sales order information display in several tabs. Click on the tab’s title on the top to switch to another

tab of information.

Hidden function: click on the underlined information to view details.

Click (if has any) to access more functions.




My InvoiceYou may search your tax invoice or make payment to the unpaid invoice in this module.

Tax Invoice Search

This page is allowing you to search your tax invoice in Cuckoo Lover. Just put in your criteria(s) and

find for your desired tax invoice.

Hidden function: click on the underlined invoice number to view more details.

Click to open more functions.

: View – to view the selected invoice in PDF format.

: Download – to download the selected invoice into your device in PDF format.

: Send Email – to email the selected invoice in PDF format to your email account.

Make Payment

This page is allowing you to make payment online. We are using MOLPay payment gateway which is a

high security and trusted payment gateway in Malaysia for our online payment process. MOLPay is

also one of the largest Internet companies in Southeast Asia.

Notes :

1. Please do not refresh, redirect or close your payment window while payment is processing.

2. Payee name show on your bank transaction :

a. Credit Card : Cuckoo International (MAL) Sdn Bhd

Steps to make payment:

1. Select your payment item

Tick on your payment item(s)

Click to proceed to next step.

Click to see the payment guide.

2. Fill up payer information and select your payment channel

o Name, email and payment description will pre-set in the page, you may change it as your

interest Select your payment channel

o Click on the payment channel button to proceed to payment

3. Make Payment

Confirm payment information in MOLPay page

Click to proceed to online banking page. (Different payment channel might has

different proceed page)

Login to your bank account (Login is not necessary if you are using credit card as your paymentchannel)




Select and confirm your bank account and payment amount (Credit card info is require if you are

using credit card as your payment channel)

o We will NOT store your bank account / credit card information into our system.




Request and key in the TAC or OTP from your account/credit card issue bank

Clicks submit button and process the payment.

o Please do not refresh, redirect, or close the window while the payment is processing.

o The payment window might auto-redirect to few of pages for the payment process.

o Please wait until your payment window is auto-redirect back to our CuckooLover page.

Get your payment result in CuckooLover page




My Payment HistoryThis page is showing you all the payment record(s) you have made in CuckooLover. The records are list

up from latest to oldest.

1. Put in your criteria.

Click to search your payment record(s) by your input criteria.

3. Click to see all your payment record(s).


: View Payment – to view the selected payment information.




This screen is show you the payment information.

Click the tab of title [Payment Item] to expand the tab to see the payment item in the payment

transaction.

Warranty Registration (Only available for Cuckoo special promotion product) This page is to list up all your awaiting warranty (Natural Care Service Package) for register.

Click advanced search if you want to find the book recipe with your own criteria(s).

1. Put in your criteria(s).

2. Click to find the book recipe with your input criteria(s).

3. Click to retrieve all book recipes in Cuckoo Lover.


: View Recipe – to view the selected book recipe in PDF format.

: Download Recipe – to download the selected book recipe into your device in PDF format.

: Email Recipe – to email the selected book recipe in PDF format to your email account.
