Although its surface doesn’t exceed 240.000 km², Romania has got almost every landform: mountains, sea, delta, lakes, hills, mounds, winding river valleys, caves, gorges, cascades…
The Transfagarasan is an impressive high altitude national road which runs through the Fagaras Mountains, Romania’s
highest massif.
The Danube Delta is a real “paradise” of plants and all sorts of living creatures, and it is included in the UNESCO World
Heritage.
Maramureș is known for its majestic wooden gates and churches, for its traditional customs and clothing, which have been kept for a very
long time, and for its picturesque landscape.
1300 children are enrolled in our school at preschool, primary, middle and high school level, and they study in omcuta Mare Ș and the
surrounding localities.
Pupils have got access to:• a Documentation and Information Centre;• computer labs; • a chemistry-physics lab;• a biology lab;• a gym.
