Regardless of size, all organizationsneed contingency plans. No one can predict the future or how events beyond anorganization’s control will affect its ability to continue to operate. Using a “what if” process, organizations developcontingency plans, sometimes called business continuity plans, to identify unknownscenarios that may affect their operations, such as earthquakes, fires, violence and othersituations and how they will respond to each scenario. They are the resource upon which the successof the business depends; we have designed Business Contingency Plan so that operationsremains continue in worst situations.Any loss of utility service (power, water), connectivity (system sites), or catastrophic event(weather, natural disaster, vandalism) that causes an interruption in operations’ relatedequipment for which CTI has agreed or contracted to provide services and support. Theplan identifies vulnerabilities and recommends measures to prevent extended serviceoutages.Purpose:The purpose of a our contingency plan is to allow anorganization to return to its daily operations as quickly aspossible after an unforeseen event. The contingency planprotects resources, minimizes customer inconvenienceand identifies key staff, assigning specific responsibilitiesin the context of the recovery. For example, humanresources may develop employee evacuation plans;support employee benefits programs, such as health careor worker’s compensation; or hire temporary workers asneeded. Pakistan Navy has awarded a project to CTI for the laying ofoptical fiber Cable in Central Region which include Supply,Lying, digging, Boring, backfilling, jointing, Splicing, Testingand commissioning of whole project.

In Defcom Long Haul connectivity project, CTI was alsoassigned the role of optical fiber deployment with themetro cities of Islamabad, Lahore, Gujranwala & Sargodha.

CTI is a vendor of Nokia Siemens for the deployment ofOptical Fiber connectivity of all Optical STM switches in 14cities all over Pakistan.

Multinet has awarded many sites of OFC connectivity to CTIfor Lahore region.

In Gujranwala CTI deployed Optical Fiber Cable at differentlocations for different institution measuring approx 20KM.
