Dear Society Office Bearers,

Since i have not heard as usual from Vijay Enclave Office bearers, i have gone ahead and paid the

correct monthy maintainance for the period : Ref : by the following cheque details.Consider this a

payment under protest.

Now will rightfully give a 10 days time before being forced to serve notice under followign

acts.Kindly know that iam pressed to do this as i find tha my critical pain area as resident being

ignored since 2009, and iam forced to suffer unwarrented penalities and fines to the tune of more

than a lakh and construction losses due to society not fixing terrace leakages leading to wasted

fixure expenditures.
