Features Auto pending transaction:

The app will generate pending transaction as per pre-defined schedule settings (Daily, Monthly, Yearly). System will notify at scheduled time so that user can execute financial operation on time.

of CSL Mobile Accounts
Chart of Account
• Chart of account is the key of accounting system. by default you will get a set of chart of account
• Create Chart of Account:– Step-1: Go to "Chart of Account" at top right setting option– Step-2: Click "ADD" button at top right– Step-3: Select Acc Type, Account ID and Account Name– Step-4: Finally click on "SAVE" button
• Edit/Delete Chart of Account:– Step-1: Go to "Chart of Account" at top right setting option– Step-2: go to corresponding Account Head item and Tap on it– Step-3: Edit Acc Type, Account ID and Account Name as per your desire– Step-4: Click on "UPDATE" button to edit chart of account– Step-5: Click on "DELETE" button to delete chart of account. You can not
delete the chart of account if you make transaction with the account head. to delete the chart of account you must have to delete the transaction
Transaction/Voucher Entry
• All accounting reports are produced by only voucher entry. Even initial balance of each account head will also be produce by voucher entry.
• Voucher Entry:– Step-1: Go to "Voucher Entry" from main menu– Step-2: Select "Date", "Acc From (CR)", "Acc To (DR)", Amount and other
optional fields– Step-3: Finally click on "SAVE" button– Step-4: When done you will move to all transaction page. From this page at
top-right corner you can press "VOUCHER ENTRY" for another voucher creation
• Voucher Edit/Delete:– Step-1: Go to "All Transaction" page from main menu– Step-2: Find the corresponding voucher that you want to edit or delete. Tap
on the voucher– Step-3: Click on the "EDIT' button to change some editable field. then click on
"UPDATE" button– Step-4: To delete the voucher just click on "DELETE" button
Ledger Report
• Ledger report are the basic output of accounting system.
• How to get Ledger Report:
– Step-1: Go to "Ledger Report" from main menu
– Step-2: Select a "Account Name", From date, To date
– Step-3: Click on Search button
– Step-4: Expected result will show including previous balance
Income/Expense Report
• Income or Expense statement are populated to get corresponding account head wise as well as summarize information.
• How to get Income statement:– Step-1: Go to "Income/Expense" from main menu– Step-2: Select a "Income" radio button– Step-3: Click on Search button– Step-4: Expected result will show
• How to get Expense statement:– Step-1: Go to "Income/Expense" from main menu– Step-2: Select a "Expense" radio button– Step-3: Click on Search button– Step-4: Expected result will show
Profit/Loss Report
• Profit/Loss report are produced by deducting Expense from Income in a particular date range. Positive figure indicate profit and Negative figure indicate loss.
• How to get Profit/Loss report:– Step-1: Go to "Profit/Loss" from main menu
– Step-2: Select From date and To date
– Step-3: Click on Search button
– Step-4: Expected result will show
Balance Sheet
• Balance Sheet are the ultimate output of accounting system. It show total asset and total liability from the beginning. It also show the current reporting period profit or loss. This report produce over all summary information.
• How to get Balance Sheet report:– Step-1: Go to "Balance Sheet" from main menu– Step-2: Select From date and To date– Step-3: Click on Search button– Step-4: Expected result will show
