The proposal introduces a new model with regards to scientific knowledge accessibili-ty, and how scientific evidence is taken up by academia and policy makers. In the short and medium term, the focus is on the pandemic, but on the long term, the framework will be extended to other fields of research. A neural network learns to select the most probable outcomes based on a given criteria that characterize a con-strained probability subset. Given the mathematical structure of an A.I., CSvC will fea-ture a gamified system that will help the algorithm learn under a human guide.
The platform will feed real time data to the A.I. through the engaging experience of the human user. A granulated skill-based rank system with clear criteria will work as an incentive reward in the process of stimulating users to become better at specific tasks (documentary-research: examining of articles, comparing data, etc.), while teach-ing the A.I. how to better help the humans. This framework maximizes the learning time for the algorithm through optimizing the system, by naturally assigning more weight to the human
This platform integrates emerging technology and the citizen science community in making a major contribution to the documenta-ry-research process. The solution consists of an open-source database of reliable information, that concurrently shifts the paradigm concerning the importance of public engagement in scientific research.
<Development of an AI helper for documentary research>
Objective 1
Given the mathematical structure of an Ai we will design a gamified system that will help the AI learn under a human guide. By this we mean designing and engaging experience for the human user that feeds real time data to the AI. By integrating a granulated skill based rank system with clear criteria we can train people to become better at tasks and teach the AI how to better help the human.

The project is an open platform that addresses an urgent challenge our world faces: the fight against COVID-19. Through a synergy between Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) and public scientific engagement, the workflow of examined information on the pandemic can be increased. The reason this process is a necessity in today’s context arises from the major knowledge gaps and misinformation regarding this subject, that delay progress in the research and implementation of prevention, security and treatment measures.
This is largely due to a lack of coherent scientific and management discourse throughout a time of crisis. Because of the unique context created by the pandemic, the world needs to act fast both locally and internationally, using the existing resources in a most efficient way.In order to bring about durable change at the institutional level, we have partnered in the execution of this project with a higher learning institution, specifically the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, in order to facilitate their scientific and educational know-how in developing the platform and training the citizen scientists in the field of documentary research.
To have the greatest impact in regards to our user base and the widespread adoption of our platform by citizen scientists across the world, we have partnered with digital marketing specialists and video content providers in order to supply a steady stream of content regarding the use of our platform as well as the science behind it.
Objective 2<Educating and involving citizen sicentist community in real world issues>
We contribute towards the state of the art of research by patenting our solution to augment documentary research at the required institutions (EPO,USPTO, various national offices).
The long term implementation of our platform after initial development and market validation of the business hypothesis is the sale of the augmented docu-mentary research system to publishing houses, institutions like the EPO, or nation-al patent office, and as a use case can be adapted to any field that involves the ap-praisal of a document via clear criteria and documentary research.
