physician) needs to be considered.

The organization shall monitor or observe:
(a) the physical signs and symptoms of deteriorating health
among worker(s) exposed to extreme conditions; and
(b) the psychological signs and symptoms (behaviour) of
deteriorating mental faculty among worker(s) exposed to
