For instance, in the Narnia series, Eustace and Jill go to a boarding school that represents Malvern. Malvern, the school C.S. Lewis attended before switching to private tutoring. It also expresses the different Christian metaphors that are hidden in some of his books.

In the beginning of this biography the author depicts what it may have been like to be in the restaurant, The Eagle and Child while C.S. Lewis was reading a passage of one of his books. Using that style of writing makes it a little difficult for the reader to follow with what is going on.
