When I was doing the pretest, what I did wrong was that I lifted my entire back. Also, I lowered my head too much as I went up, and I was using my arms to pull my head up. As a result, I did not really engage my abdominal muscle, and I did not perform a correct crunch. When I was doing the post test, I raised my body until my hands barely touch my heels. I did not lift my entire back and I did not use my arms to help me raising my body. I engaged my abdominal muscle and hold it for a few seconds and slowly lowered back down.
