I'f additional secondat~y service poles, ot~ conductot~, is t~equi t~ed the tet~m o'f the agt~eement shall be extended in pr~oportion to the numbet' oF additional poles needed in excess o'f one, at the rate o'f $63. 96 pet~ year f'ot~ each additional pole, all paid in advance at the time o'f commencement o'f set~vice. In the event a transf'ot'met~ must be installed, the membet~ wi 11 be t~equired to pay the installation cost o'f the tt'ans'fot~met~. Where extensions o'f pt'imary 1 ine at~e t~equir~ed the total cost o'f such construct ion shall be paid by the member.
