Currently she is a member of the CROWN Data Discrepancy Support team where she works as the Tier 3 Operations Lead.

• May 2012 to December 2012 clinical months were closed on June 28, 2013 for all collection types, and submission methods.
• CMS is currently reviewing data submitted by facilities.
• Clinical data reported in CROWNWeb will be used for CMS’ Quality Measures reports.
• Currently, the January 2013 to July 2013 clinical months remain open; CMS will announce closure details.
• Facilities must work to ensure that their clinical data, CMS forms, and patient activity are entered in CROWNWeb as soon as possible.

Do we report access‐related infection only?
• No. CROWNWeb’s Infection section collects any infection data that applies for a particular patient for that reporting month. This section is not limited to dialysis‐related infections.
Do we indicate if the patient met the target weight in the “Post‐Dialysis Target Weight for Session” field?
• No. This field asks if the physician prescribed a post‐dialysis target weight.
