• Critical success factors define few areas of performance that are essential for the organization to achieve its mission.

• Islam Medical College Campus (IMC) is located 3 kms from Sialkot on the historic road to Pasrur road.

• Teaching Hospital is the primary teaching affiliate of Islam Medical College along with Islam Central Hospital located on the commissioner road

• The classes started from 1st January 2011.

FIRST MEDICAL COLLEGE OF SIALKOT• The main success factor of ISLAM MEDICAL

COLLEGE is that it is the first private medical college of Sialkot.

• Before this college the medical students have to go outside the city for the study.

• The Islam medical college took initiative of this opportunity and succeeds in there project.

Affiliation WITH PMDC AND ICH

• Islam medical college is affiliated with PMDC. AND according to the PMDC it is important for every medical college to be registered with some hospital.

• So Islam medical college is the project of Islam central hospital which is also there major success factor. So students can easily get training in the hospital.

FACULTY

• Most of the faculty of Islam medical college is from the doctors of the Islam central hospital.

• They are using their resources very well. • Mostly the teacher of Islam medical

college is from the Sialkot so this is also the critical success factor of it.

LOW FEES STRUCTURE

• The nominal fees of Islam medical college is one of the biggest success factor of them.

• The 8 laKH rupees of one year which is quite nominal as compared to other medical colleges of Pakistan.

Project team• The project team of Islam medical

college under the leadership of project manager MR. FAWAD AHMAD done a good job and complete their entire project on time as well as on the estimated budget.

STRENGTHS:• Affiliation with PMDC.• Good faculty of the college.

WEAKNESS:• Location is bad.• No foreign teacher.

OPPORTUNITY:• They should also start the dental college.

 

THREATS:• New medical college of KHAWAJA

SAFDAR COLLEGE is the major threat for them.

• Less experience can become their major threat.

CONCLUSION:• Critical success factors are unique for

achievement of its vision remain competitive and succeed in the industry.

• Critical success factors are all about developing focus while planning and as well as while implementing the strategy planning.

• Islam MEDICAL COLLEGE success is also the implementation of the strategy planning. They fully utilized the resources and succeeded in the project.

• They should also hire the teachers of foreign countries in their faculty.
