Subsequent to the recent introduction of our Digital Door Viewers range, we now present to you a holistic security solution

with the addition of a new range of Digital locking systems. These locks are configured to allow various possibilities of

securing residential main doors through numeric (digital) password security or finger-print (biometric) scanning or both.

This way, we tackle the most persistent priority of our customers i.e. to ensure utmost security for their homes and offices.

Residences: The New Biometric Locks by Hafele are ideal for main door applications in residences. They ensure complete security of individual homes through the possibility of combining Numeric Password operation with finger-print entry.

Offices: These locks can also be used in select areas in commercial spaces or offices like server rooms, store rooms, executive cabins etc. that require limited access only. Owing to the possibility of generating 80 user entries through the finger print function and 30 user entries through the password function, the potential to use these locks in offices is huge. Long Lasting Batteries: 4 to 8 batteries power the lock for up to one year. Without an external power source, you can install the lock easily anywhere.

Smart password: In order to confuse people peeping at you when opening the door, the 6 digits password can be concealed within a random string of numbers. *See example below.

User Management: Every time a new user is enrolled, he must input his username. This way, the master user can easily track, manage and delete each lock user through the lock screen.

Automatic Locking Bolts: Closing the door will automatically trigger the locking bolts. A spring in the mortise lock launches the locking bolts every time the sprung latch is activated. Your door is always locked, you will never have to worry about it anymore.

Installation Terms and Conditions:

• Installation should be done by Häfele

• Dealer/Franchisee should guide the end customer with this process. They should ask the customers to call the Häfele Toll Free Number in order to register themselves for installation and demonstration

• The call made by the customer needs to be registered with the dealer invoice details

• The installation team from Häfele will visit the customer site for installation and demo within 48 hours (for metro locations) and 72 hours (for Tier B and Tier C cities)

• Customer should keep the original invoice safely and produce the same to the team present for installation

• The one year warranty of the product will commence once the installation is done and no later than 10days from date of invoice

• The installation and demonstration will be carried by the Häfele team only in the presence of the owner of the property/premise

• Häfele will not be liable in any manner or at any stage for future complaints if the customer assigns somebody else on his/her behalf for carrying out the installation and demonstration

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

• The product, Digital Lock, is covered under the warranty for 1 year

• The warranty only covers any manufacturing defect or product malfunctioning

• The warranty is not applicable if the product is found to be misused or there is any sort physical damage due to customer’s operation or handling

• Any customer complaint should be registered with Häfele on their toll free customer care number

• The warranty is void if the customer dismantles or uninstalls the product by self or any other technician that does not belong to Häfele
