The CNX-BIPAD8 is a 16 source/8-room professionalstereo audio, plus 8 room bi-directional audio distrib-ution processor. Committed to creating the bestaudio solutions for homes of any size or shape,Crestron’s CNX-BIPAD8 provides audiophile-qualitysound via pre-amplified CAT5 RCA outputs, or viastructured wiring.

The CNX-BIPAD8 has all the capabilities of the CNX-PAD8A, plus the ability to route audio to andfrom remote locations utilizing CAT5 wiring andCrestron’s CNXRMCLV or C2N-DAP8 room solutionboxes.

The 16 stereo head-end audio inputs utilize RCA connectors with loop-through. In addition, the CNX-BIPAD8 includes 8 CAT5 stereo inputs, designedto feed audio from the remote rooms via the CNXRMCLV room solution box.The 24 inputs passthrough a stereo 24x8 crosspoint switch. Each outputof the crosspoint goes to a differential driver to theCAT5 connectors.The same output crosspoints arerouted to volume/tone preamplifiers with mono andloudness, and then to mute relays before they go tothe RCA output connectors.
