Presentation Notes
The low unemployment ratios all over the Province has a direct effect on our ability to attract workers in the Northern region. Higher salaries are not the main incentive anymore, we will have to consider better work conditions like fly in /fly out to solve the recurrent shortness of staff. Affected by the mining, higher salary rates, work schedules Priorities; The extension will incorporate refrigerated load preparation areas to maximise product freshness and reduce energy lost from the multiple openings of the loading doors.

Presentation Notes
Creeco Dumas continues to receive tenders from Quebec operating companies however we have not been successful in securing work Competition has increased with civil based companies entering the mine contractor space (EBC) other contractors which have existing projects are leveraging their volume to supply lower pricing to clients. Example Redpath at Éléonore, in addition to supplying labour the most recent contract was awarded due to Redpath having RaiseBore hole drilling capacities, Dumas does not.
