Main Features of Sahakaar

Sahakaar provides the functionality of member registration. It would also have general information like member’s portfolio, member’s nominee, joint account holding etc.

Account number get auto generated according to the member’s account scheme.

If by mistake any wrong transaction done in any account, it can be rectified by passing Adjustment entries through this software

Online Banking Solution also provides the facility to maintain branch expenditure hence it will be useful for branch accounting.

It also enables the user to transfer the cash within the branches by sending the online request for the same.

User will get the glimpse of MIS payment status whose payments are due till date, Pending payment request, Pending Bank request related to cash transfer between branches on the home page.

This software also auto generates the branch wise cash in-out reports, member wise accounts report and all type miscellaneous reports e.g. Day book, Trial Balance, Maturity Report, Pendency report & Ledger that meets user requirements.

Different user ids will be provided for branches & one log in id for administrator. Administrator log in having the rights for branch creation, branch rights allocation, new user creation, account scheme creation , weekly or monthly updates etc. and also approve the cash transfer cases & those transactions which are beyond the branch limit.

At the time of opening the account agent or advisor detail will be captured hence agent incentive calculation can be done online.

Payout calculation for the agents will be done on hierarchy structure as define by the user, means percentage of payout would be varied for agent & sub agents.

SMS alerts can be sent to RD & DDS account holders whose due date is already passed & balance of RD & DDS account holders will be sent through SMS in specific period of interval like fortnightly & monthly accordingly.

Online banking solution also automates the process of sending advertisement or promotional SMS to the non members & members hence helping in the marketing activities of the organization.
