Online Accreditation SoftwareTo enhance the process of Accreditation which was carried out manually at all levels, Credibility Alliance launched online application software to smoothen the entire procedure of Accreditation
Objectives of getting this software developed: • To enhance the transparency of the overall process
• To Avoid time delays
• Have a centralized database of all the Accredited Organizations and Organizations under the process of Accreditation by CA

• Auto Profile creation once CA approves the VO
• Profile, application process and document details of all the VOs in a standardized format
• Online Application desk review and eligibilities
• Automatic generation of information to Assessor as well as the VO regarding Assessor’s visit
• Assessor’s visit report and CA Review report uploaded for each VO
• Online sharing of Review Report with VO
• Automatic mails generation after CAC meeting, regarding approval or rejection of accreditation
• Online Certificate generation for VO and Acknowledgement option from VO whether they have received the hard copy or not
