If the Portal screen does not appear:
Internet Explorer version 10 or higher• Open IE10 Browser• Click on Tools (Wrench in Upper Right Hand Corner) • Select Internet Options• Click on Privacy Tab• Click on Settings• Type in https://billing.cuivre.com/oscp/ in “Address of website to allow:”• Click “Add” and then “Close”
Firefox version 34 or higher• Select "Tools" from the top of your Firefox window.• Choose "Options" from the drop-down menu.• Select the "Content" tab.• Click on “Exceptions”• Type in https://billing.cuivre.com/oscp/ in “Address of website”• Click on “Allow” and then “Close”

Chrome for Windows or Mac version 39 or higher Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.• Select Settings.• Click Show advanced settings.• In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.• In the "Pop-ups" section, click Manage exceptions• Right-click in the Hostname pattern field and
enter https://billing.cuivre.com/oscp/• Confirm the Behavior is set to Allow and click OK
Safari for Mac version 7 or higher• In the Safari Browser you can change your Pop-Up settings by going to the menu and selecting the
Preferences options. Once you have done this, you can then select the Security options. Remove the check-mark from Block Pop-Up Windows and you are done. NOTE: You cannot unblock a single website in Safari, so the pop-up blocker will need to be turned back on after the site visit is complete.
I-pad• Open the "Settings" menu on your Home screen• Tap the "Safari" tab on the Settings page. The Safari preferences screen loads• Scroll down the page to the "Security " section• Slide the "Block Pop-Ups" switch to the "Off" position• Press the "Home" button to return to your Home screen
