Creative Profiler (Lubart, Zenasni, Barbot, 2013)
A measurement tool for adult creative potential in a job context
Measures 10 characteristics that are important ingredients for creativity (5 cognitive abilities, 5 personality traits) The tool is adapted for each job context (content of some tasks, weighting of each component are adapted)
