Synopsis We tend to think of Innovation as the domain of Experts or special gifted people. This Seminar seeks to democratize Innovation and make it accessible to the whole organization. This 90 minute Seminar seeks to make Innovation Accessible and Actionable by introducing 9 everyday habits that we all can adopt. These habits are not unique to the adult world, we were already practicing these habits when we wee 5 year old. The Seminar is delivered to groups of up to 120 people in conference seating style with a mix of presentation and self-‐reflection exercise.
Seminar objectives 1. To make Innovation a more tangible and relatable concept 2. To inspire and motivate staff to see themselves as potential innovators 3. To understand the special ways of thinking, working and being of Innovators 4. For attendees to internalize the 9 habits of Innovators to their everyday life and jobs.
Expected Outcome: Seminar participants will be able to: Think of themselves as Innovators and start to put the habits into practice in their daily work.

Synopsis The new challenges of our business environment demand that we rethink how we use the collective brainpower of our employees. It is no longer the domain of the talented few to conjure up the next big idea, but rather the new competitive reality demands that all staff contribute to solution finding. This seminar introduces the key concepts of Creativity as they apply to solution finding in a corporate context. 120 mins | Design thinking FOR WICKED PROBLEMS
Synopsis The premise of Design Thinking is that: If we approached problems in the same way designers approach design, we can find better solutions. This 180 minute Seminar introduces the key concepts of Design Thinking to non-‐Designers and empowers them with a 5 step Design Thinking process that they can apply to any business challenge. The Seminar is delivered to groups of up to 120 people in conference seating style with a mix of presentation and design thinking exercise conducted in pairs.
Seminar objectives • Introduce the concept of Design Thinking to people not involved in Design. • Demonstrate through examples how design thinking has been used across many business
