Description of the Workshops
eTwinning as seen by parents: What do parents know about the eTwinning
projects that I run in my class? What do they think about collaboration between
children from different countries?
Teaching with Technology: Teaching English with technology and the latest
emerging tools I have used in my classroom with photos and videos.
eTwinning as mediator between formal and non-formal learning: When well
designed, project-based curriculum can lead to getting by the students to
quality results and can constitute a rewarding experience for teachers.
Synchronous communication and collaboration in eTwinning: How can we use
chatting and teleconference in eTwinning?
What do pupils prefer and what should we take into account when planning and
organizing a synchronous collaboration event?
Tips for a collaborative eTwinning project: Tips and ideas that can help you
organize a collaborative project.
eTwinning in my German class: How my students learn german and they enjoy
it!
Webquests: A short guide to webquests and how to use them in eTwinning
projects.
eTwinning and my classroom: A brief look to my english lessons held in my
language lab , english classroom,based on etwinning projects.
“Animals around us” eTwinning project in my class: Considering that animals
are most studied subjects in our schools, we propose to share materials and also
to enrich the learning process of our students.
Challenge, Creativity and eTwinning: A presentation about how to use social
media tools in eTwinning projects.
My first steps and first project in eTwinning: Presentation about our first
steps on eTwinning. Project "A school over the Rainbow". High school students
from France, Greece, Romania, Turkey and Armenia through the eTwinning
platform collaborated together, and built the ideal school.
Collaboration online – e-books to defend the environment, an eTwinning
project: I will share about the project I devised last year with partners from
Italy and Turkey. I will discuss the aim of the project, the way it motivated
students and what the students had to create. I will also tell you about another
free collaboration network for innovative and creative teachers.
CLIL in an eTwinning project: A presentation about eTwinning projects using
CLIL methodology, in a public non-bilingual school and in a public British
Curriculum integrated school.
Maths for young students and eTwinning: Maths is an important field in
education and one of the 21 Century skills that school should develop. How could
we integrate Maths topics in our eTwinning projects for primary education?
Examples.
Art and eTwinning: A presentation of 2 artistic workshops, one already used in
a eTwinnig project and another shown as a proposal for a new project.
My eTwinning experience. Blended Model & Physical education: A creative
combination of ICT, collaboration distance learning & traditional learning in
PE.We use tools for greater motivation in the lesson and the development of
social and emotional skills.
Mini Project Kits: why and how to use them: I think that Gallery,Kits and
modules are very important! We usually indicate them as a kind of "box of ideas"
during our workshops, but we haven't really worked on that! I will try to present
the different ways we can use them, in different fields of the eTwinning world.
My teacher room: Teacher rooms are a great way of keeping the communication
flowing between ambassadors and etwinners, involve newcomers and develop a
sense of community. This presentation is going to be about some ideas and tips
on how to keep our teacher rooms active and functional.
Active Learning: Mathematics and sciences are easily learn when the theoretical
knowledges are presented through models which involves students to think, to
make experiments, to explore the reality and to explain what they understand.
Technology and the modern methodes applied in educational activities develops
the students multiple intelligences, stimulates their capacity of creativity, of
cooperation, of communication and involve them in active learning, to obtain
performances.
“Traditions” project in eTwinning: Traditions represent the identity of each
people. Knowing the traditions of different countries means the recognition and
acceptance of others as unique and a source of learning. Communication between
the cultures of the peoples of Europe strengthens friendship and establish new
ways of communication between people. E-Twinning projects provides the path to
knowledge, friendship and partnership.
Religious Education in English for an eTwinning project: Main differences
between Catholicism and Orthodoxy: this topic was the content of last year's
project with our Romanian partners. I think Religions are important to
understand who we are.
Tell me a story: Myths and traditional tales from all over Europe (project
still in progress): Exchanging myths and tales across Europe. Attempting to
connect them to each country's culture and civilization, finding similarities
between them. Students dramatize them and also create songs. Finally, they
write and illustrate a book.
Robotics in the school: the robotics as a funny way to learn the mathematical
logic
Garden full of spring flowers: Children then learned about flowers grow in their
own country during the spring. All these flowers were placed in a beautiful
landscape garden wall at the exhibition.
My eTwinning experience: traditions: The aim of the project is to:
• learn about the customs and traditions of other countries;
• preserve the rituals and traditions connected with our region and culture;
• develop interest in tradition;
• cooperate in the local area;
Health- good the price-eTwinning project:

• enhance interpersonal relations and national identity. Development of skills and
appropriate behaviors promote healthy lifestyle.
- Educating children in spiritual health interest;
