01. Create Lead

a. Use transaction Code :/nCRMD_BUS2000108 to create lead in the SAP GUI screen

Click on business Transaction Menu Click Create

Select lead : General Lead from dialog

Click create

Enter all the information available for the lead in general data tab and click on

In the Partner screen we mention all the business partners involved for example employee

following the lead , contact person on the prospect side, middleman or organization involved,

channelpartners etc.

After maintaining the business partner s involved click on Text

Write all necessary information as note or you can load up a local document text by clicking on

and click on the organization tab

Maintain the organization responsible for handling the lead

Anc d click on Products tab

Click on evaluation tab

Answer all the questions in questionnaire

And click on action tab

And click on attachment

and then click save

Use transaction Code > SPRO

Define lead Qualification Levels

Create any number of levels for example creating a super hot level click on new entries

Key in the description and save and check if the level is visble on the lead screed

Use transaction Code CRMD_BUS2000108

Check on the Lead qualification Level

Similarly create lead groups , origin and priorities

Define user status profile

Click on define status profile for user status

Click on Create

Click continue

Select the profile we created and click on details

Create all the status required

For all the statuses define objects types which will get affected for this status profile click on

select the object types

save

go back to the user status

select the user status and define the business transaction rules by double clicking or by

selecting details

Click on create this will laod all the business transaction based on the object type selected

Save

Save .

similarly define all status based business transaction authorization
