Lets put it simple and straight - This is not a “Designing TNA Forms” program because that you can learn from Google. This program is Strategic in nature and is aimed at creating impact through appropriate Needs Analysis for the Organizational Learning Needs.

This program is for Training and Development Managers, Training Coordinators, HR professionals and OD managers and or anyone who has responsibility for training and development of staff.

This is a highly practical and participative course where participants will evaluate their own pre and post TNA activities as part of their course learning. It will allow you to self evaluate and benchmark what you do and how you do. The facilitative approach to this course allows the participants to discuss and examine the course content and identifies how it can be applied practicably to their own business environments. The course helps participants identify the missing link between circulation, compilation and execution of TNA.
