Creating Excel Graph

Enter the data with X-axis values left of Y-axis values

Select data set

Insert Chart

Select XY (scatter)

Enter title and axes labels

Deselect “Major Gridlines”

Deselect “Show Legend”

After finishing chart options, right click on line, click on “Add Trendline”

Under options, choose to display equation and forecast backwards number of units equal to lowest X value

Expand chart window by dragging window up and down

Right click on inside of chart

Select “None” for area shading

Print chart
