A Twitter account allows you to connect with what people are talking about right now. You can tell engaging stories, participate in shared cultural events/conversations, provide timely opinions and share relevant content directly with consumers. By participating and listening to real-time conversations, businesses can gather market intelligence and insight. It is likely that conversations are already happening about the industry, the competition and possibly about you on Twitter.
