Encapsulating fills containing surfactants is challenging compared to regular oils, first of all due to their interactions with the capsules’ seal and mechanical stress during their drying and storage.

The Ayanda portfolio of surfactant products ranges from vegetable phospholipids (e.g., soybean lecithin) through marine phospholipids of high viscosities (e.g., krill oils) to the most challenging herbal preparations based on polysorbates.

Colouring of softgel capsulesAyanda offers more than 500 colours. We have opaque colours that we recommend for suspensions, and transparent options for pure liquid raw materials. We also offer pearlescent effects as well as natural gelatine colours. We will even customise the colour and tone, if that is what you need.
