We graduate leaders and managers in the business sector, public sector, and civil society from a di-verse suite of programs serving undergraduate, graduate, mid-career and executive students. Skills Initiative. (WIPSI)

Dates and Duration: The program is offered twice a year beginning in the fall andwinter. The six courses take place over a four-month period. Courses are full day sessions that run from 9:00am - 4:00pm. They are fully catered for breaks, breakfast and lunch.

Included in the Program:• Face-to-Face Courses – Content is delivered by award

winning Professors of the Faculty of Management.

• Personal Assessments with detailed reports and debriefs: - Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile™ (EMP)

• Executive Coaching – 3 Sessions with a Certified Executive Coach are included in the cost.

• Active Challenge Projects - Participants work in groups with a faculty project manager on a real issue in their business, with a goal to create an executable plan by the end of the program.

Courses are taught at Dalhousie University in our state-of-the-art classrooms in the Faculty of Management Kenneth C. Rowe Building.

Each course is a full day session that runs from 9:00am - 4:00pm. The courses are paced approximately every 3-4 weeks apart over a four (4) month period. They are fully catered for breaks, breakfast and lunch.

1. Introduction to Leadership and Innovation 2. Self-Awareness and Self-Management 3. Teams and Relationship Management 4. Collaboration and Networking 5.
