CUSTOMS HOUSE The Custom

House was built by 1877 and they started to build it in 1876. The wood was cut in 1805 – 1808.

GENERAL POST OFFICE The General Post

Office was built in 1903 on Bolton Street. It was made from Sand Stone. In 1970 it was cleaned for the Royal Visit. It was only used for a Post office.

COURT HOUSE Walter Venon built

the Court House in 1890 and opened it in 1892. The Court House is large, cream in colour and a 2 story building. It is the most attractive building in Newcastle.
