• Online survey distributed via email and Facebook

• Copies of survey were printed and taken by students

• In a typical week, how many times do you eat at The pub?

• Do you feel that there are enough healthy meal options currently on the menu?

• Would you be more likely to eat healthier if there were more options?

• Would you be willing to purchase healthy menu items if slightly more expensive compared to other menu items?

• What type of healthy options would you like to see added to the menu?

Findings

• Majority of respondents feel that the current menu at The Pub does not offer enough healthy choices

• Many feel that they would be willing to eat healthier if more options offered

• Higher prices are not a deterrent

• Expand current menu to include more healthy choices
